We recently went down the rabbit hole of your 5-star Muscle Melt reviews and discovered a few recurring themes:

“I call this muscle magic.”

“I wish it came in a huge container.”

“I should just order a large vat of it.”

“I carry my Muscle Melt with me wherever I go.”

“I have loved Muscle Melt for over a decade.”

And perhaps our favorite:

“Word gets around.” ❤️

For years, Muscle Melt has found its way into gym bags, nightstands, purses, massage rooms, work bags, family medicine cabinets—and apparently even onto cruise ships, where one reviewer said hers became a “lending library” for everyone’s tired muscles. 😂

You’ve bought it for your partners.
Your parents.
Your coworkers.
Your massage clients.
Your friends.

And then they’ve come back wanting their own.

We created Muscle Melt as an herbal ritual for soothing tired, overworked bodies—and hearing how deeply it has become part of your own self-care rituals means everything to us.

Maybe the problem isn’t that life feels uncertain.

Maybe the problem is that we keep believing uncertainty is something we’re supposed to fix.

We resist.
We judge.
We worry.
We replay.
We try to control what happens next.

As if enough thinking will finally make us safe.

But from a spiritual perspective, the imbalance may be much simpler:

Too much thinking.
Not enough Awareness.

Most of us spend so much time inside the mind’s version of reality—searching for what’s wrong, what could go wrong, what should be different—that we forget there is something deeper underneath all of it.

Something steady.

Something that was here before the thought.

Try this:

Slow your breathing.

Notice what you can see.

Notice what you can hear.

Feel the weight of your body.

Notice the breath arriving and leaving without your effort.

And then ask:

Who is noticing?

Don’t rush to answer.

Don’t turn it into another problem for the mind to solve.

Just notice the presence underneath the thinking.

The awareness that has been with you your entire life.

The part of you that doesn’t need to control this moment in order to be okay inside of it.

This is the practice:

Not defeating the ego.
Not thinking your way into perfect peace.
Not creating a life without uncertainty.

But remembering, again and again, that you are bigger than the voice trying to control it all.

And every time you return to Awareness, the mind gets a little quieter.

There is a little more space.

A little less gripping.
A little more freedom to meet life exactly as it is.

Come back to the one who notices.

Again.
And again.
And again. 🌿

If “self care” feels like it has turned into yet another category of endless to-do lists and appointments, where you could be getting everything wrong - taking the wrong supplement, doing the wrong practice…

Take a deep breath.

This was all about feeling… better.

Come, exhale.

Our doors are open.

The greatest gift we can give you is to welcome you home to yourself.

Today, start with a recognition – a remembering – of what you truly are.

Slow your breathing.

Come into the here and now.

Without labeling or judging, notice what you see.

Notice what you hear.

Notice what you feel.

Notice the coming and going of your breath.

Notice the pull of gravity on your body.

Who is the noticer of all this noticing? Where does the ability to notice come from?

Let yourself pause, and go in. Welcome home.

We love herbs.

Obviously. 🌿

But one of the biggest misconceptions in wellness is that there’s going to be one herb, supplement, food, or protocol that fixes everything.

The body doesn’t work that way.

Before adding another thing, sometimes it’s worth asking:

Am I sleeping enough?

Am I eating enough?

Have I moved my body?

Have I been outside?

Have I had a moment today when I wasn’t consuming, producing, answering, or rushing?

Herbs can be beautiful allies.

But they’re allies—not substitutes for a life that supports your wellbeing.

The goal isn’t to collect more wellness products.

It’s to become more skillful at caring for the whole ecosystem that is you. ❤️

We love a good to-do list. You don’t create and sell an annual Dreambook and planner if you don’t love helping people get things done. 😉

But your nervous system doesn’t care how beautifully organized your planner is if you’re moving through the whole day tense and clenched.

Before you ask:

“What do I need to accomplish today?”

Try asking:

“How do I want to feel while I’m doing it?”

Maybe you need five minutes of quiet before opening your laptop.

Maybe it’s tea while you look out the window.

Maybe it’s a little Steady in your palms, a few deep breaths, and your feet on the ground before the first meeting.

These tiny moments can seem almost too simple to matter.

But the way you enter your day becomes the way you move through it.

Productivity doesn’t have to come from pressure.

You can get things done without abandoning yourself in the process. 🌿

Are you “bad” at self care? Or are you just used to being last on your priority list?

Maybe you’re not bad at self-care.

Maybe you’ve just been taught to wait until you’re completely depleted to do it.

We tend to think of self-care as the thing we reach for when everything has already gone sideways.

The bath after the brutal week.
The massage when your shoulders are rocks.
The deep breath when you’re already at your limit.

But what if care didn’t have to begin with crisis?

What if it was woven into the ordinary parts of your day?

Five quiet minutes in the morning.
A balm you apply before a stressful meeting.
Stepping outside between tasks.
Going to bed when you’re tired.
A ritual that tells your body, again and again:

I’m listening.

You don’t need to become perfect at taking care of yourself.

You just need to keep returning. ❤️
