Meet Shelly! 🙌 She’s got 20 years of massage experience with certifications in prenatal, postpartum, and lymph drainage massage.
Before joining the Mountain Mama Massage team she worked at a local hospital’s integrative wellness center perfecting her nurturing but therapeutic massage techniques.
She’s a mama to a grown kid and is happily navigating empty nesting this year while also singing, hiking, and enjoying a bit more spaciousness with her wife for all the things they love.

Today was my last day (this is my last week) hands-on with clients before welcoming our second baby!
I feel such immense gratitude for a business that both lets me do what I love at work AND lets me show up for myself, my family, and my life in the ways that feel most important. and TBH - it’s this ability to make my own balance that has let me go a decade longer in this work than many massage therapists with plans for many decades more to come!!!

Soooooo excited to share we are pregnant and due in October. What a fun day to get outside, celebrate, jog, walk, catch a few hugs from clients on the course, and receive 1000 congratulations!

I always feel so lucky to be in this incredible community. Thanks to the for a wildly well-organized event, for all they do to raise awareness for pregnancy and health on the daily, .equality for bringing extra pride to the course, for some lemon sorbet that made my day, and ALWAYS my family for taking care of allllll. the. things. so that I can work, and play, and live my dreams. You all make it all worthwhile!
