Nha Benta with Milk Powder

I’m going to share with you a wonderful recipe for Nha Benta with Ninho milk powder, which is a big hit here at home. It’s perfect for topping homemade treats, jar cakes, and Easter eggs. Super easy and delicious!

- Ingredients:

395g of cold sweetened condensed milk
200g of cold heavy cream (25% fat)
120g of milk powder
10g of gel emulsifier

- Instructions:

Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer on high speed for 5 minutes, until the mixture becomes a smooth, velvety, white cream.
Store in the refrigerator for up to 15 days or in the freezer for up to 90 days.
