Yesterday was International Women’s Day, and we’re celebrating Catherine Rogers, our Director of People Operations at TSP Smart Spaces and member of our Advisory Board.

People Operations may sound a bit like HR, but it’s a lot more. It’s is about helping shape the culture that keep the organization running smoothly. Catherine focuses on building thoughtful systems and collaboration that support both employees and the broader company growth.

Before joining TSP, Catherine worked with organizations such as Bonterra Tech and ThriveHR Consulting, where she gained experience guiding teams through people-focused strategy and operational growth. She’s also an avid traveller and skier.

We’re grateful for the leadership, thoughtfulness, and perspective Catherine brings to TSP Smart Spaces every day. Happy International Women’s Day to Catherine and to the many women whose work helps organizations in our industry thrive.

Lutron has been our go-to for lighting, shading, and smart home systems for as long as we can remember thanks to their reliability, performance, and thoughtful design. This milestone reflects years of collaboration, trust, and a shared commitment to doing things the right way.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year! There’s one last delivery (install) that our elves (Derek and Nic) had to do this week. We brought a stack of presents (Savant Power 50 batteries) in our sleigh (delivery truck) before the end of the Holidays (the end of the tax incentives for solar and storage installs.) Enjoy the step by step progress of over 200 kWh of energy storage being installed!
