Y'all might not know it, but Prince is my favorite artist. Quite a few of my soaps are named after his songs. This was funny and how I feel about coffee. I need some sugar in the mug (and some cream).
Happy Friday!!

Stop! Collaborate and listen. There's a new Monday Mixtape out. This week's theme is, "Oh yeah, I forgot about that one!" These are the songs that were modest hits in their day but rarely land in rotation on the "classics" station. https://blaqstarsoaps.com/monday-mixtape

In honor of Marshall University's homecoming (Go Herd!) and the many other college football games taking place this and every weekend this year, I made a Tailgating Mixtape. It features many of the songs that I was introduced to while tailgating as an undergraduate.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Play it at the next tailgate or at home while you're doing chores. Whatever the case may be, it's a musical touchdown nonetheless!

We will be back at the Waltham Farmers Market next weekend (October 3).
Start Wednesday with a new mixtape! Check out my curated mix of music set to the theme of football tailgating in the 90s. It may just get you over the hump of hump day.
