Perfect Baby Massage

Our 3 sessions involve more than teaching Infant Massage. They’re about guiding you in dealing with the process of being a new parent, sleep deprived and all. I teach sequential baby massage strokes, plus effective swaddling, setting up a nighttime sleep routine, calming a crying baby, feeding, stages of growth, stages of development and how they all affect baby's behavior. Being guided by me in learning the strokes, will empower you as a parent. You will become the expert on reading your baby’s special communication ‘cues.’ You and your baby will learn to relax together. The massage will stimulate baby’s physical, physiological and emotional growth. The strokes will help with the relief of gas, teething and growing pains, aid in development of the digestive tract (reducing Reflux), immune system, respiratory system, ALL systems, actually. It will help you and baby learn to Trust & Bond. You will discover that learning to massage your baby, under my guidance as a certified educator, and being consistent into the toddler years, is one of the most powerful ways to enhance your baby's physical and mental development and your 'bond.' With a consistent routine, you’ll find that baby will sleep more readily, easily and deeply. Last, but by no means least, you and your baby will create the awesome bond all parents want and babies need. You will be a star and the envy of all your mom-friends. We will have 3 Baby Massage & New Parenting sessions in your home.
