I have been doing my own makeup for 15+ years and have been a pro makeup artist for almost 5 years. I STILL struggle some days with my hooded eyes and applying eyeliner.
This is why I always do my eyes first in my makeup routine. This way, I can clean up any mistakes and start over if I have to without messing anything else up!
The key is to look straight ahead with the eyeliner and keep it close to the lash line. You can even trace it out with a powder shadow first and then go over it with a liquid liner. After you are done, there is nothingggg a little Micellar water and a q-tip can’t fix to get your desired shape and thickness.
