Booking & Cancellation Policies

To book an appointment, you must have a valid credit or debit card on file.

* Major bank-issued debit or credit cards only. Prepaid cards (such as Cash App cards and similar prepaid cards) are not accepted by the booking system.

* A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

* A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without contacting me, you will be considered a No Call, No Show, and your appointment will be canceled.

* Payments made with a credit or debit card will incur a $5 processing fee (taxes and processing fees included), which will be added at checkout.

* I also accept Cash, Cash App, Chime, Apple Pay, Afterpay, and other approved payment methods. These payment methods do not incur the $5 card processing fee.

Kid Services

Kid service pricing is available for children from toddler age up to 10 years old only.

Once a child is 11 years old or older, they will be charged regular service pricing.

Booking Recommendations

My booking schedule is open 24/7, 365 days a year, so it is highly recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance rather than waiting until the last minute.

Example: If you know you’ll need a retwist in 3–4 weeks, go ahead and secure your appointment now instead of waiting until the week you need it. This helps guarantee your preferred day and time.

Walk-In Wednesday

Wednesdays are the ONLY day I accept walk-ins, squeeze-ins, and same-day appointments (based on availability).

If you request a walk-in, squeeze-in, or last-minute appointment on any day other than Wednesday, a $25 convenience fee will be added on top of the regular service price.

Example: A retwist & style priced at $100 would be $125 if you request a last-minute or squeeze-in appointment on a Monday, Friday, Saturday, or any day other than Wednesday.
