We’ve always been close, so getting to have her here helping me at Malibu Room means more than I can even explain.
If she looks familiar, you’ve probably seen her soaking up some rays too. Now she’s also here helping behind the scenes, making sure things run smoothly and helping to provide the best experience for you all.

Does red light therapy provide vitamin D?
Red light therapy does not produce vitamin D because it does not contain UVB rays. Vitamin D is created when UVB light interacts with the skin, while red light uses non-UV wavelengths.
When used correctly and in moderation, UVB exposure can provide benefits such as:
• Supporting natural vitamin D production

• Supporting overall wellness when exposure is timed properly and used responsibly
