Please PM me to schedule!!

I know many of you have noticed my absence. I am no longer at Upstairs @ Vineyard Square. That spot will be extremely missed.

✨ I had some health things pop up. I was EXTREMELY stressed and had to take a slight step away for myself, my kids, my family. I'm sure MANY of you can understand.

✨✨✨ There's good news to this post!! I'm BACK again. I feel rejuvenated.

✨ For now I'll be open 1-2 days a week. I'll probably get started next week 🤩 IN A NEW LOCATION (TBA)

I am so happy to help you all with your wellness needs.

🧘 I want to state here that I find it extremely healthy and good to step away sometimes and reset. Come back rested. Come back happy. Come back ready.

🥰 Stay tuned for the location and hours updates. Until then I'll be working on new services offered and new specials.

Be well. Be happy. Be WHOLE. Be true to YOURSELF.

🙏 PSA 🙏

I have been battling a head cold for days 🙁

I apologize for any inconveniences this has caused. I will be back in office by Monday. Possibly tomorrow or Sunday.

I hope that everyone has a great day!

🍀 Hello everyone 🍀

I will be doing a social media hiatus. We will still post openings and specials. But please text me 417-599-9346 if you'd like to schedule an appointment.

It is my belief that sometimes you need to disconnect from the mainstream, and go touch grass. So that's my plan. I'll be active on social media again after graduating with my degree and also a few more certificates.

I look forward to hearing from you all!!

🤩 Happy Saturday 🤩

🌙 Here is my upcoming available appointments 🌙

🥰 Also, here is a list of my new packages, which save you 💲 and who doesn't love that?

We are EXCITED for Saturday!! Swing by and welcome Amanda and all the vendors for her , its going to be FUN. The Low Tox Loft (
