I added a fresh nostril piercing to match her existing one AND finished the look with a fresh septum featuring a gold horseshoe. ✨

I love how the double nostrils frame the nose while that little pop of gold underneath ties everything together.

✨ PIERCING TROUBLESHOOTING WORKS ✨

This tragus was pierced back in June and was healing beautifully until an accidental jab caused significant trauma right before it was time to downsize. The result? Large irritation bumps on BOTH sides of the piercing. 😩

Instead of giving up on it, we adjusted the healing plan. 💕

I carefully removed the 8mm threadless titanium post, upsized to a 12mm post to accommodate the swelling, and added piercing discs on both sides for extra stability and gentle pressure.

✨ THREE WEEKS LATER… the bumps were completely gone!

Her piercing settled beautifully, the channel looks healthy, and we were even able to downsize her all the way to a 7mm post. 🙌🏼💖

This is why I always tell my clients: an irritation bump does NOT automatically mean your piercing has failed. Sometimes it just needs the right troubleshooting, jewelry adjustment, and a little patience.

REAL CONCH HEALING JOURNEY 💜✨

Freshly pierced ➡️ irritation bump ➡️ troubleshooting ➡️ beautifully healed!

During healing, a moisture/irritation bump developed, possibly from sweat + work-related debris. We adjusted his care, added piercing discs to help, and gave it time to heal. 🫶🏼

The result? A beautiful, healthy piercing channel!

We finished it off with an opal upgrade + electric purple anodized titanium on all his jewelry. 💜✨
