✨ Your lash extensions shouldn’t damage your natural lashes. ✨
When extensions are properly applied and customized to your natural lashes, you should be able to wear them without sacrificing the health of your own lashes.
Your natural lashes will still shed and grow as normal, so seeing a few lashes fall out with your extensions is completely normal! What isn’t normal is excessive breakage, pulling, discomfort, or noticeably thinning natural lashes.
Every set should be chosen based on what YOUR natural lashes can safely support, because sometimes less really is more. 🤍
Beautiful lashes are great. Healthy natural lashes underneath them are even better. 🖤

Week one in the books🎉
Already having the best time and I’m so excited to have so many new skills to offer my clients!🫶🏻
We started with roller sets/shampoo sets on day one! This was such a fun way to dive in and start getting used to everything!
This one might be the death of me😅 Rolling perms properly is the hardest thing I’ve learned so far but I know I’ll love it once I get good at it.
Barrel curls with a Marcel was pretty easy and gave such fun, voluminous curls that made doing fun little styles like the space buns so cute! We also learned flat iron curls and other ways to use a Marcel iron!
Blowouts are such a classic and such a fun easy way to get volume into your hair!

If you’ve ever looked at your lashes and thought, “They’re fine… but they’re just not perfect.” Here’s what might be happening:
🩶 **You’re getting the exact map you asked for**
👉🏻 This isn’t always a bad thing! But if the shape of your extensions doesn’t complement your natural eye shape, it can make your eyes look more droopy, smaller, or even bigger than you intended.
🩶 **The extension length is off**
👉🏻 If the extensions are too long, they can overshadow your actual eyes. Too short, and they may not give your eyes the definition you’re looking for.
🩶 **The curl isn’t right for your eyes**
👉🏻 Different curls open, lift, elongate, or soften the eyes in different ways. The “prettiest” curl on someone else might not be the most flattering one for you.
🩶 **Your natural lashes aren’t being considered**
👉🏻 Your natural lash direction, density, and strength all play a part in how your extensions will actually look once they’re on.
This is why I don’t believe in a one-map-fits-all approach. Your lash set should be customized to **your eyes**, not just copied from an inspo photo. 🖤
Sometimes the difference between “I like my lashes” and “OH MY GOD I LOVE MY LASHES” is just the right map. 👀
