It means constantly looking for ways to improve.
It means taking your craft seriously.
It means having systems, standards, and structure.
It means not being satisfied with “good enough” when you know you can do better.
I’ve had to learn that perfection isn’t the goal and sometimes you just have to POST IT, LAUNCH IT, and figure it out along the way. 😂
But I’ll never hate the part of me that cares deeply about every detail.
Being an entrepreneur isn’t about fitting one specific personality type it’s about learning how to make YOUR personality work for you. 🤍

There’s so much that goes into creating a beautiful healed result your natural lip color, undertones, anatomy, pigment selection, healing process, and even how your skin retains pigment.
And one of the biggest things I wish more people understood? Fresh results are NOT healed results. Your lips are going to go through phases, the color WILL change, and sometimes it might even look like your pigment disappeared completely before it settles.

Immediately after your appointment, your lips will look brighter, darker & more saturated than the color you’ll actually heal with. As they heal, that intensity softens and fades into a much more natural looking tint.
