Today's client came in specifically looking for Buccal Massage. She had pain and popping in jaw and the sense that massaging this area would help. She was right. By the end of the session we were able to stop the popping on the right side and reduce the popping on the left side. Jaw tension is usually a years long or life long issue and Rome was not built in a day! I encourage people to practice doing self release as well as coming back to see me for additional work.
