your new business. Your rental rate includes everything. There are no hidden charges and this includes "Professional
Liability Insurance". There is not need for your own policy. We also offer FREE "Hands-On" education for Hair Stylists. This is through a partnership with
a company out of Europe. Our VP of Education and his Art Team go to Italy and other parts of
Europe several times throughout the year and learn 40 to 60 new cuts and techniques! This is
cutting-edge education that no other salon concept in America can offer. We tested this program
with many of our family members including Gina and they were blown away by the hands-on workshops. All Suites have a "Glass Door" that comes with a lock and key. The Regular Suites also have a
"Window" next to the glass door. SUITE RATES - All Suites Avg About 110 Actual Square Feet of Space! Single Window: $260 PER WEEK
Single Premium Window: $285 PER WEEK
Double Suite: $485 PER WEEK

INSURANCE IS INCLUDED. There is no need to get your own INSURANCE POLICY that can
add another $30 to $40 a MONTH! You and your business will be covered under our insurance
policy. Some other booth rent and similar concepts require you to get an insurance policy. These are flat rate and there are no hidden charges for any other items including use of credit card
machines, washer / dryers, internet access, or increased rates to share your suite

MATERNITY LEAVE AND BEREAVEMENT: We offer four free weeks of rent for any pregnancies and
one week or more for a death in your immediate family. (Subject to restrictions)

Please give us two or more suites that you may want to occupy in order in which you want
them. We will then confirm the suite number via email. THE FOLLOWING SUITES ARE RESERVED:

1 Wash Bowl Plumbed In
1 Set of Cabinets above wash bowl
1 Station (On Wheels)
1 Styling Chair
1 Dryer
1 Shampoo Chair

The suites include the following for Nail Techs:

1 Nail Table
1 Nail Tech Chair
1 Client Chair
1 Stand Alone Sink
1 Set of Cabinets Above Sink
* Pedi Spas can be plumbed in at no cost by our company. The pedi spa
units must be purchased by the Nail Techs. The suites for other types of services include:

1 Stand Alone Sink
1 Set of Cabinets Above Sink

Everything inside the suite can be changed around except for the Wash Bowl and Sinks. You are more then
welcome to use our equipment or use your own. You can decorate your space with Paint or any
other material. You can bring extra furniture and really make your suite your own Salon. Once your suite number has been confirmed, we will send you over via email a rental agreement. Simply return the rental agreement along with your deposit within 14 days after your suite has
been confirmed. This will need to be mailed to our corporate office in Colorado Springs, CO The
deposit is $250 and is non-refundable. You will also get your first two weeks of rent free when we open. We offer a $100 referral fee for anyone that rents a suite that was referred by you! Please make sure that if you
refer anyone to our locations that they mention you name so we can credit you with a $100 referral! Regards,
