📢 IMPORTANT SALON POLICY UPDATE 📢

Due to the holidays approaching and some recent situations involving clients receiving the service they requested, leaving the salon satisfied with their finished results, and then contacting us several hours, days, or even weeks..(yes..weeks) later requesting a refund because they had changed their mind and/or were unhappy with the result after all that time, we have implemented a new Client Service Satisfaction & No-Refund Policy.

We want to make sure expectations are clear and that both our stylists and our clients are protected!

✨ Going forward, all salon policies must be reviewed and signed BEFORE every single appointment.

This includes our new No-Refund Policy, as well as all of our existing salon policies.

Your appointment will NOT be started until all required policies have been reviewed and signed. This applies to every client and every appointment, regardless of how long you have been a client of ours. We love every single one of you but we do also have to make sure we are going about things the right way to protect all stylists & clients!

We will always do our best to provide the service you requested and make sure you are happy with your results before you leave the salon. If you have a concern at any point with your service or outcome, please bring it to your stylist’s attention before leaving whenever possible so we have the opportunity to address it. We want everyone to feel like their most beautiful selves and NEVER want anyone unhappy!

🛑Once a completed service has been approved and the client leaves the salon, services are final sale and refunds will not be issued.🛑

This policy is not intended to be harsh or inconvenient. It is simply being put in place to establish clear expectations and protect both our clients and our stylists.
We cannot have stylists losing money by giving continuous refunds to clients who leave happy & satisfied with beautiful hair! In the same sense, we do not want clients leaving unhappy because they feel like they cannot express their true thoughts and opinions. We will hear out every opinion and do our absolute best to make sure no one leaves our salon unhappy! BUT—the concerns have to be addressed in our chair so that we can make this happen!!
