Meet Courtney!
Courtney is a birth and postpartum doula, Licensed Master Social Worker, mother, grandmother, and Air Force veteran with a professional background in maternal mental health. Her path to birthwork wasn’t something she discovered overnight—it was a calling that had been quietly pulling at her for years.

As her children grew older and she entered a season with more space to answer that calling, Courtney knew it was finally time. For her, birthwork is a natural extension of who she has always been: a nurturer, advocate, and healer. She brings a whole-person approach to her work, recognizing that pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are about so much more than the physical experience. Emotional wellness, identity, family, spirituality, environment, and feeling heard and respected all matter.

Courtney’s approach is warm, grounded, culturally responsive, and centered on the woman in front of her. Whether she’s preparing a mother for birth, supporting her through labor, or helping her find her footing postpartum, Courtney doesn’t come in with an idea of what the experience should look like. She walks alongside each mother—offering education, encouragement, practical support, advocacy, and a steady presence so she can feel informed, confident, cared for, and supported throughout her journey.

Courtney serves Savannah and surrounding Coastal Georgia communities, as well as the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Meet Cyasia!
Cyasia is a full-spectrum holistic doula, certified breastfeeding peer counselor, certified prenatal yoga instructor, and early childhood professional dedicated to supporting women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood.

Her approach to care is rooted in the belief that mothers deserve to feel informed, honored, and supported not only as they prepare for birth but also in the tender days and weeks that follow.

Cyasia offers compassionate, evidence-informed support throughout the perinatal journey, with a particular passion for postpartum care and overnight support. She brings a calm, nurturing presence as families adjust to life with a new baby, supporting maternal recovery, infant care, feeding, rest, and the emotional transitions of early motherhood.

Her background in prenatal and vinyasa yoga, breastfeeding support, and early childhood development brings a thoughtful, whole-family perspective to her work. She understands that caring for a newborn also means caring for the person who is learning to mother, recover, and find her rhythm in a completely new season of life.

Whether supporting a family through the quiet hours of the night, helping a new mother feel more confident with feeding and newborn care, or offering grounding support throughout pregnancy and birth, Cyasia brings warmth, intention, and a deeply responsive approach to every family she serves.

Last night we had an amazing time!
Thank you to the moms that joined and shared what they were going through.

We discussed some parenting struggles with toddlers and expecting the unexpected and not feeling guilty about our thoughts.

We also discussed the loads of motherhood and finding balance, setting boundaries with our family and pouring into ourselves!
