It would be an ideal space to offer services like massage therapy, esthetician work, or more out of. The room comes complete with amazing decor, sink, private window and lockable door to secure the room. The space also comes with all utilities, internet, trash, etc included. Common areas are shared and allow you usage of the laundry equipment, break room, bathroom and lobby waiting area.
