Half of what I love about lashes has nothing to do with the lashes. 🤍
It’s this.
The smiles. The laughs. The stories. The love. The connections I’ve made with the women who sit in my studio.
Of course I love creating beautiful lashes. I love watching someone look in the mirror and seeing that little boost of confidence. The feeling that comes from looking a little more like yourself again.
But somewhere along the way, I realized my clients give just as much back to me as I could ever give to them.
You’ve sat in my chair through some of the hardest seasons of my life. You’ve listened to me through heartbreaks, made me laugh when I really needed it, celebrated the good things with me, and sometimes, without even knowing it, gave me something to look forward to on days that felt a little heavier.
Especially on the days I don't have my son, coming to work and seeing the faces I've grown to love means more to me than I can explain.
I started doing lashes because I loved making people feel beautiful. I never expected this career to give me friendships, connection, healing, and a little community of women who have become such a huge part of my life.
So yes, I love the lashes.
But this is the part I live for. 🤍
