Inside you’ll find:
⚡ Vibration Plate
A simple way to add movement and recovery into your wellness routine. Great for lymphatic drainage and improving circulation.
⚡ Normatec Compression Therapy
Choose from legs, hips, or arms to help support circulation, recovery, and relaxation. How they work: each attachment fills with air to in different zones, releases those zones in sequence, creating rhythmic pressure that moves along the limb.
⚡️ Headphones + Quiet Time
Put on a guided meditation, listen to music, or simply unplug while you use the space.
Think of it as your little reset room. Come in, decompress, and leave feeling recharged. 🤍
