Thank you, Alabama. 
Over the past several years, thousands of Alabamians have joined Catalyst to learn more about their health and help advance research for future generations.
As our current Catalyst grant comes to a close, new participant enrollment will end on September 30, 2026.
If you’ve already started the enrollment process, there’s still time to complete your enrollment. To participate in Catalyst, eligible individuals must complete all required enrollment steps, including providing consent, completing a health survey, ordering a genetic test, and connecting their health records.
Participants who complete these steps by September 30, 2026, will continue through the program and receive their genetic testing results, genetic counseling, and ongoing participant support.
If you or someone you know has been thinking about participating, now is the time. September 30, 2026 is the final day to enroll.
