My client came at the end of February/ beginning of March ready for a fresh start & new look.

Sometimes starting over is exactly what you need. There’s nothing wrong with starting over and cutting it all off.

I’ve never been a stylist who takes it personally when clients visit other stylist. However when your goal is healthy hair & noticeable progress , having consistent hair care routine and stylist who knows your hair history makes a difference.
