Business in the front, party in the back — it's the Mullet Contest! 🎉 Head to the TDS Fiber Tent on Saturday, August 15 @ 4pm and show off your best mullet. Not fair-ready yet? Ruthless Barbershop will be on site with styling and quick trims to get you contest-ready. We're judging two groups — Youth and Adult — with each group winner taking home 2 tickets to that evening's Rodeo Billings performance!
