Sunday is that weird mix of I should probably get things done and I really just want to stay in bed 😅
That’s actually one of the reasons why we love halotherapy, it’s kind of the best of both worlds. You get to slow down, relax, and have a little quiet time while still doing something intentional for yourself. Sometimes slowing down is exactly what helps you feel ready to take on everything else ♥️
