✨️Meet our new massage therapist starting soon✨️

Hello! My name is Ashley Zeiszler and I’m a licensed massage therapist with Muscle Revive.

I studied massage therapy at the Massage Institute of Memphis in Tennessee. I graduated in July 2025, shortly before moving back home to Minnesota. My program was 750 hours focusing most of my work on Swedish massage for relaxation, and sports massage for recovery. I immensely enjoyed working on athletes at University of Memphis and fell in love with sports massage during this time.

My goal for my career has always been to work closely with clients and colleagues, honoring every opportunity to join alongside people in their wellness goals. I love massage! I am so passionate about the physical and mental benefits of bodywork; especially when we all lead such busy lives and can so easily forget to take care of ourselves.

I specialize in deep pressure massage with a wide variety of techniques to approach individual clients. No one massage is ever the same, since our experiences and needs change day to day! I enjoy trigger point work, assisted stretching, and structural integration. However, I’m not one to shy away from a quiet, medium pressure relaxation massage either.

When I’m not at work, you can usually find me outside! I enjoy hiking, camping, snowboarding, and traveling. I’m a huge crafter and devote plenty of time to journaling, quilting, and painting (and chatting about all of it!)

Hi everyone! I’m Ariana Gesmundo, the receptionist at Muscle Revive LLC

My journey with Muscle Revive began as a client. About a year ago, I started seeing Kayla for chronic back pain, and her care helped me feel like myself again and improve my day-to-day quality of life. Since then, I’ve continued coming in for monthly massages and have experienced firsthand the positive impact personalized care can have. In May, I had the opportunity to join the Muscle Revive team as the receptionist, and I’ve truly enjoyed getting to know our clients, building relationships, and working alongside Kayla to create the best possible experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

In addition to my role at Muscle Revive, I work as a Sales Lead at Jockey in Albertville, where I have been since 2022. I love connecting with customers, getting to know my regulars, and helping people find clothing that makes them feel comfortable and confident.

This fall, I began my freshman year at St. Cloud State University, where I am pursuing a degree in Psychology with a minor in Business Management. My long-term goal is to become an eating disorder therapist, helping individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult challenges, build confidence, and achieve lasting recovery and well-being.

When I’m not working or studying, I enjoy spending time with my pets, helping with my family’s small business cutting, polishing, and faceting rocks, traveling, and making the most of Minnesota’s outdoors with friends and family.

Hi everyone! I'm Kayla Robeck, owner and massage therapist at Muscle Revive LLC.

I graduated from PCI Academy in 2018 and began my career working alongside a chiropractor for nearly four years, where I gained invaluable experience helping patients manage pain, recover from injuries, and improve their overall wellness.

In 2021, I took a leap of faith and started Muscle Revive with a dream of creating a space where clients could receive personalized care and truly feel their best. What began as a small home-based practice has grown into the business it is today, and I couldn't be more grateful for the support of my amazing clients.

My specialty is deep tissue massage and cupping therapy, and I am passionate about helping people find relief from chronic pain, tension, headaches, and everyday stress. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone walk out feeling better than when they walked in.

When I'm not at the office, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, working in my garden, or planning new ways to improve the Muscle Revive experience for our clients.
