Having earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Salem State University in 2018, as well as working in a physical therapy clinic since 2017, they developed a strong foundation in understanding the intricacies of the human body and the importance of physical well-being. Driven by a passion for holistic health and helping others achieve optimal wellness, Syd furthered their education by obtaining a license as a Massage Therapist from the Spirit Wellness Institute in 2023. This additional qualification allowed them to integrate a hands-on approach to massage therapy, grounded in a deep understanding of anatomy, physiology, and the interconnectedness of the body and mind. Each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, ensuring a personalized and effective experience.
