Six months in today.
Which is still a little wild because not that long ago, this whole place only existed in my head.
And honestly, that was one of the hardest parts of building it.
I could see it so clearly. I knew how I wanted it to feel. But trying to explain something that didn’t really exist yet? That was harder.
It wasn’t just a sauna studio.
It wasn’t a spa.
It wasn’t a gym.
It was the lighting. The music. The scent. The energy. The ability to make it whatever you need that day - lively and social, quiet and peaceful, or somewhere in between. All under one roof.
It was one of those things you kind of had to experience to understand.
Except nobody could experience it yet, and it wasn't easy to explain in words.

We aren't the first to do hot + cold + light. It's been around for centuries.
But Soulfire was built differently.
There was no blueprint for this.
The name. The logo. The atmosphere. The layout. The details. Every piece started as an idea.
And when you have an idea that hasn’t really been done like this before, there’s a pretty fine line between creativity and anxiety.
Will anyone show up?
Will people get it?
Will it work?
Will they think this is cool… or will I look completely ridiculous?
Turns out, maybe anxiety is just creativity waiting for you to actually do something with it (one of the best quotes btw).
So I did.
I took the risk and built the thing I could see so clearly in my head - with absolutely no guarantee anyone else would see it too.
And six months later, I get to watch people walk through the doors, look around, settle in, bring their friends back and get it.
That part will never get old✨
Soulfire was created with passion, creativity, risk - and a pretty strong belief that wellness could feel different.
Lively. Social. Fun. Beautiful.
Somewhere that happens to be really good for you - but more importantly, somewhere you actually want to be.
