Business ownership comes with seasons. Lately, I’ve had moments of feeling anxious, overwhelmed, excited, grateful, uncertain… sometimes all in the same day. And when I’m caught up in everything that still needs to be done, it’s easy to lose sight of the vision and forget how far I’ve already come.

But then I look around. At the team that shows up, believes in what we’re building, grows with me, and helps make this place what it is. At the clients who continue to choose us, trust us, refer their friends, leave kind reviews, and spend their hard-earned money supporting this little business of mine.

I will never take any of that for granted. I’m also learning that my happiness matters in this business. The energy I bring into the studio trickles down—to my team, our clients, and the space we’ve created together.

So sometimes I have to remind myself: I built something I once only imagined. And I didn’t build it alone. 🥹

I’m incredibly grateful for how far we’ve come, proud of what we’ve created, and still excited for everything that’s ahead. The goal was never just to build a successful business. It was to build a business, a team, a community, and a life that I’m happy to be a part of. 🤍

Plot twist: I’m 37. 😏 And yes, I’ve had lip filler (obsessed 👄) but I’ve never had Botox.

Do genetics play a role in how our skin ages? Absolutely. I’ll give my genes their credit. 😂 But I also take REALLY good care of my skin.

Owning a skin studio is basically being an esthetician + marketing department + laundry service + customer service + inventory manager + bookkeeper + cleaning crew… all before actually seeing clients. 😂 There’s SO much that happens behind the scenes that you’ll (hopefully) never notice. The towels are washed. The rooms are stocked. The beds are warm. The products are ready. The schedule is organized. The little details are handled. Because when you walk into Glow With The Flow, I don’t want you thinking about any of that. I want you to be able to shut your brain off, get cozy, feel taken care of, and enjoy your time with us. 🤍 Entrepreneurship isn’t always the glamorous part you see on Instagram… sometimes it’s just me folding another mountain of towels. 😂 But it’s all part of creating the experience our clients deserve.
