Somewhere along the way, “I” became “we.” 🥹🤎

With Bronzed Beauty Bar turning FOUR this week, I’ve spent a lot of time thinking about how different this business looks from when I started.

In the beginning, it was just me.

Every appointment. Every message. Every order. Every problem. Every decision. Every win.

And then BBB started growing into something bigger than me.

There have been different chapters, different seasons and different people who have helped make Bronzed Beauty Bar what it is today.

Amy 🤎 My right hand and such a huge part of BBB. Having someone I trust with our clients, our standards and something I’ve worked so hard to build means more than I can explain. I genuinely couldn’t imagine this chapter without her.

Sydnie ✨ Watching her grow in her craft, gain confidence and build her own relationships with our clients has been so special. Seeing clients come back and specifically ask for her makes me so proud.

Dani 🤍 The girl behind those bright smiles 🦷✨ Adding teeth whitening was another step toward BBB becoming so much more than the spray tan studio I originally started, and I’m so grateful she’s here helping bring that part of the vision to life.

And Rithany 🤎 While she’s no longer part of our current team, she will always be part of the BBB story. She cared for our clients, grew alongside us and was part of a chapter that helped get us here.

People don’t have to stay forever for their time somewhere to have mattered.

Building a team has taught me A LOT 😂 but maybe the biggest lesson has been learning to trust other people with something that once only existed in my head.

To Rithany, thank you for being part of our story.
