✨ NEW CANCELLATION POLICY — EFFECTIVE TODAY ✨

As a small business owner, my appointment book is my income. Unfortunately, over the last several months, I have experienced an increase in no-shows, same-day cancellations, and last-minute cancellations.

When an appointment is missed or cancelled at the last minute, I’m often unable to fill that spot. Whether it’s a haircut or a several-hour color appointment, that time was reserved specifically for you, and an empty appointment means a direct loss of income for my small business.

Because of this, I am implementing a new cancellation policy for ALL appointments.

🤍 Effective immediately:

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• A card on file will be required when booking and will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. This policy simply necessary for me to protect the time I’ve reserved for my clients and the income of my small business.

I truly appreciate all of my clients who show up, communicate with me, respect my time, and continue to support my business. Thank you for understanding and supporting my small business! 🤍✂️
