Really excited to finally share my TEDxPortland talk with the world. This is about so much more than getting kids to school. It’s about freedom, independence, community, and joy.

There are so many better ways to get kids home than the parent pick up line. This is a hidden tax on parents and it doesn’t set anyone up for success. Let’s give kids options like school buses, safe walking and biking routes home. Independence, physical activity, joy and community. Not soul crushing school car lines.
