✨ HASTINGS COSMETICS — DEPOSIT POLICY ✨

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduling, which leave appointment time slots unable to be filled, deposits are now required for most services when booking. This policy helps protect my time and allows me to continue providing the best service possible to each and every client🖤💋

💰 DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

* Deposits range from $15–$30, depending on the service.
* Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your remaining service balance.
* Deposits must be paid at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to secure your booking. If your deposit is not received by the deadline, your appointment may be forfeited.

📅 RESCHEDULING POLICY

* You may reschedule once and transfer your deposit to your new appointment, provided you give notice.
* Any additional rescheduling will result in the forfeited your original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

❌ CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

* Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations and missed appointments.
* If you cancel or reschedule more than once, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to secure another appointment.

I know this is my business page, but behind this business is a real person who has struggled, loved, and lost people too. If sharing this helps even one person feel a little less alone, then it’s worth it so today I wanted to share something that’s really personal to me. 🩵🖤

September is Su***de Prevention Awareness Month, and this month hits close to home. 💜🩵

I’ve struggled with my own mental health and have been through some really dark times, so I know how lonely it can feel. I even have a semicolon tattoo, and it’s one of my favorite tattoos because it represents choosing to continue my story. I also know what it’s like to lose someone you love to a battle they felt they had to fight alone.

i’ve lost a friend who was the glue of our friend group, and that loss will stay with all of us forever. He was the kind of person you never would have expected to take his own life. He brought everyone together, made us laugh, and made our group feel whole. I wish more than anything that he could have seen how loved he really was and how much we miss him every single day.

Mental illness doesn’t always look the way people expect it to. Sometimes the people who make everyone laugh, check on everyone else, and seem the happiest are struggling more than anyone knows.

So please check on your people. Send the text. Make the call. Tell them you love them. Listen without judging. Sometimes just reminding someone that they’re seen and that they matter can mean more than you realize.

And if you’re struggling, please remember that you are not a burden. You are not alone. You are loved, even when your mind tells you otherwise. Your story matters, and there are people who would miss you more than you could ever imagine.
