Mom came in for another trim today. We changed up how the layers are cut and did not cut length off. We are going to grow out her hair a bit. ☺️

This is EXACTLY what this kiddo wanted.
So much so, she couldn't stop admiring her hair. ❤️❤️

She had come in previously and started the process of lightening her hair, but it got too hot for her so they stopped and washed it out. In turn her hair was this golden blonde, darker at the ends.

We had a chat about what her goal was, and what has to happen to achieve this... Including how the lightening process works. That heat comes from the process.

She was still all in and ready to experience it. I love that she's in love with her hair. So is Mom! ❤️

She wanted to go back to slightly darker than her natural color❤️

She had not cut her hair cut in 2 years. We cut off 4" and a few layers. She was very happy!

She said I want a teal strip and cover my gray.

She's coming back in for a haircut next week😁❤️
