This past Friday I spent over 12 hours on Zoom taking some of the most incredible education I’ve ever experienced, and my heart and my brain are still so full. 🥳🎉🤩

I’ve always been a little hesitant about online education. I’ve traveled all over the country to learn, grow, and continue perfecting my craft because I’ve always believed there is something so valuable about being in the room. But I’ve trained with this incredible team before in Raleigh, North Carolina, and I knew that if anyone could make online education feel intentional, personal, and hands-on, it would be them.

Our amazing educators came all the way from Ireland to share their knowledge and teach us these incredible techniques. 🇮🇪 The fact that we could all come together from different parts of the world and still have an experience that felt so personal and connected was pretty amazing.

I had a front-row seat to three incredibly brave women putting themselves out there so that all of us could learn. We got up close and personal with their hair, their challenges, and their beautiful transformations. Their willingness to be vulnerable gave us the opportunity to ask questions, study every little detail, and continue perfecting a craft that can truly change someone’s life.

The part that really gets me is that these advanced techniques I learned are going to directly impact the women who sit in my chair. Women experiencing thinning hair, hair loss, or simply not recognizing the woman looking back at them in the mirror anymore.

I am so incredibly grateful that I get to do this work every single day. And now I feel more confident than ever in my ability to help women move through the world feeling like themselves again, only a little more confident, a little more beautiful, and a whole lot more empowered.

This is why I keep learning. This is why I keep investing. And this is why I absolutely love what I do. 💜

My fabulous redhead was back in the salon today for her maintenance appointment, and we decided it was time to switch things up! ❤️‍🔥

Her hair has been giving us some clues that it was ready for a different approach, so I pulled another tool out of the toolbox!

Today, we transitioned her to Mesh Integration. I built her a custom mesh cap, then secured her closure and all of her wefts directly to the mesh. This means the mesh is now supporting the weight of her extensions, while her natural hair is free to rest and thrive underneath for the next eight weeks. 🙌🏻

One of my favorite things about what I do is being able to adjust and evolve the method as my client’s needs change. There is never just one solution for every head of hair!

Dreaming, building, refining, and bringing the new Fringe Hair Extension Lounge to life. 🤩

I had been dreaming of a bigger, brighter space where I could truly serve my incredible clients and continue to grow as an extension artist.
And we did it! With the help of so many talented, creative, and supportive people, that dream became reality! I pinch myself every time I walk through the door of my beautiful salon home. Thank you to everyone who played a part in making this happen. 💜

I’m beyond excited to welcome 2026 from this space, creating beautiful hair, meeting beautiful people, and having so much fun along the way.
