Patient started with baseline facial asymmetries related to her natural jaw and underlying bone structure. My goal wasn’t to change her features entirely or create perfect symmetry - it was to create more balance & support from every angle.

We treated:

Full-face tox to lift and balance the brows and soften natural asymmetries, upturn the corners of the smile
Nefertiti lift to enhance jawline definition
Medial + lateral cheek filler to support the under-eye transition and enhance cheekbone structure
Chin + chin shadow filler to create a smoother lower-face transition and balance both her front and side profiles

For this patient, I used chin filler to bring the chin slightly forward, creating better projection and proportion from the side profile.

By adding projection to the chin, we were able to:
• Balance the facial profile
• Create a smoother transition into the jawline
• Enhance jawline definition without directly treating the jaw
• Improve overall facial harmony

Sometimes a small adjustment in projection is all it takes to completely rebalance the profile.
