The Project Stigma “Shot in the Dark” Want a tattoo just not sure what….?? Are you adventurous enough to throw caution to the wind ?? Then give this blind experiment a try. With some designs that typically range around $200 or more. By a token for $150 and see what you get!! If you don’t like the first design you could always spend another $50 and try again and pick between the two. This will be a new main stay at Project Stigma not just for Halloween!! Walk ins welcome!!! Let’s see who’s brave enough to take the very first “Shot In The Dark” Let the experiment commence!!! It’s open now!! All designs will be rotated out. 1 and Done.
