She was the one I called in the middle of the night…I was a first time, new mom, with postpartum blues, and a baby that wouldn’t stop crying. My client Patricia was then a soon to be retired lactation nurse. She had already been my client for a few years and we were both so fond of each other. When I went on maternity leave she told me to call her if I needed anything.

So in the middle of the night, as my daughter was inconsolable and I was lost and overwhelmed, I dialed her number. I had no concept of time or how late it was. She answered the phone and I was so distraught I couldn’t even tell her who it was. All she heard was a baby and a mother both crying on the other end.

How do you call this person a “client”? Sixteen years later and she drives all the way from Maine to see me. This is a friendship. This is someone who I can’t imagine not seeing for her treatments, catching up on life, and soaking up all the wisdom she’s willing to bestow on me.

Every time she takes the drive to come in I’m grateful for her loyalty, her friendship and her trust. To all of my clients just know that I can’t imagine not having these friendships in my life. You’ve brought so much richness and color, we’ve shared stories, laughs and cries. From the bottom of my heart thank you for all that you’ve given me.

To use: spray directly on face after cleansing or into palm and press into face. Follow up with any other serums and moisturizer. Tip: keep cool in fridge. If you’re headed to the beach you can pop it in your cooler!
