Her customized facial-balancing treatment included filler to the temples, lips, chin, and chin-shadow/pre-jowl areas, along with Xeomin to the forehead, crow’s feet, and DAOs.

At two weeks, you can see improved facial balance, enhanced chin and profile definition, and a softer, more refreshed appearance through the upper face and eye area—all while keeping her looking completely like herself.

Bruising and swelling can happen—and your treatment-day appearance is not your final result. The bruising shown developed over the days following treatment; it was not present immediately afterward.

At two weeks, you can see improved facial balance, restored temple support, enhanced lip shape, a more defined chin and profile, and a smoother transition through the chin-shadow area.

Wrinkles were relaxed with Xeomin in the forehead, crow’s feet, and brow area, creating a smoother, more open and refreshed upper face. The DAO muscles were also treated to reduce the downward pull contributing to the marionette-line area.

Filler was placed in the temples, lips, chin, and chin shadow/prejowl sulcus. No under-eye filler was used.

Her results will continue to refine as the filler settles. Trust the healing process.

We treated her temples, lips, chin + chin shadows and added a little of the wrinkle relaxer Xeomin .

But here’s the interesting part: we didn’t touch her under eyes. 👀

By restoring facial support, we changed the contours and how light and shadow fall across surrounding features.

Her under eye hollowing is still present, but there is already a noticeable improvement in how heavy and prominent the area appears without directly treating her under eyes.

Her Xeomin is still settling and will continue to soften her forehead and crow’s feet, while relaxing the DAOs to soften the downward pull around the mouth and marionette area.

Next up: cheeks + midface, which may soften the under eye transition even more. If she wants additional correction after that, we can address her under eyes directly.
