Did you know your neck is surrounded by fascia, connective tissue that supports your muscles, nerves, and other structures?

Tension along the sides of your neck and upper shoulders can contribute to stiffness, headaches, and limited mobility.

And let’s not forget the vagus nerve! 🧠 It travels through the neck, with a branch extending behind the ear, and plays an important role in your body’s relaxation and stress response.

I had my son Camden helping me demonstrate a few of the techniques I use! 🥰

Through gentle stretching and hands-on myofascial techniques, my goal is to help release tension, improve mobility, and encourage relaxation.

Remember, everything is connected! Your neck, shoulders, and upper back all work together, which is why I look beyond just the area causing discomfort. 😌

Think about how much you put your hands and wrists through every day. Repetitive movements, gripping tools, lifting, typing, or even training at the gym can take a toll over time.

Ever experience tingling, numbness, weakness, or discomfort in your hands?🤔

These can be signs of carpal tunnel syndrome, which happens when the median nerve becomes compressed as it passes through a narrow space in your wrist.

I understand how much we depend on our hands to get through the day.

Through targeted bodywork, I focus on addressing muscle tension in the hands, wrists, forearms, and surrounding areas to help support comfort and movement.

I’m so thankful to everyone who came out to the Meet the Professionals event at Earthly Goods. It was such an exciting experience getting to spend one-on-one time with so many of you, answer questions, and actually show people what I do and how bodywork can support the way you feel and move.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is educating people and giving them the opportunity to experience different techniques for themselves. Sometimes you really have to feel it to understand it! ✨

I’m supposed to be working… but Earthly Goods keeps giving me reasons to shop. 😂🛍️

These beautiful fall wreaths made with dried flowers from Sherman Acres Holiday Farms are a new addition to the market, and of course I had to stop and admire them.

And this little one I’m pointing at? Yeah… she might be coming home with me. 😅

That’s one of my favorite things about being inside Earthly Goods! There is always something new, unique, handmade, or beautiful catching my eye. I swear I find something I like every time I walk through the shop!

Before every client, I take time to reset, clean, sanitize, and prepare my space so you can walk in and truly relax.💆‍♀️

Fresh linens, a clean treatment area, everything put back in its place. It may be behind-the-scenes work, but it’s an important part of the care I provide at Sinergie Bodyworks.

I want every person who comes through my door to feel comfortable, cared for, and confident knowing their space was prepared just for them. 💙

Because your session starts before you ever get on the table. 😌

When I find something I love, I don’t just recommend it… I use it too. 💯

One of the perks of having Sinergie Bodyworks inside Earthly Goods is being surrounded by so many wellness products that have become part of my own routine. I use different finds at home on myself and my family, and some have even found their way into my bodywork sessions with clients.

I’m always curious, always trying something new, and yes… probably always leaving the shop with something else in my hands. 😂

For me, wellness isn’t something I only talk about during a session. It’s something I practice in my own life too. And when I find something I genuinely enjoy, I love being able to share it with you. 🌿✨
