I practice several massage modalities that I customize to each client's special needs. While I offer several types of massages, I specialize in a deep tissue massage technique called Japanese Anma. Anma is one of the oldest forms of massage in the world and is effective at relieving chronic muscle tension. Deep Tissue massages such as Anma help reduce stress and lowers your blood pressure.
