Every makeup artist has a beginning, and this was mine. 💄✨❤️🎨

My very first job in the beauty industry was with MAC Cosmetics. 💋 At the time, MAC was at its peak—it was the luxury makeup brand. ✨ Everyone wanted to work there, and everyone wanted to wear MAC. Being hired was one of the biggest highlights of my career. 🖤

I remember applying and only getting hired as a cashier. 🛍️ Most people would’ve been disappointed, but not me. I was just grateful to be in the building. 🙏🏽 I knew if I could get my foot in the door, my opportunity would come. And it did. 🚪

After careful consideration, I will not be attending the August 1st casting call or any other related events.

I want to extend my sincere best wishes to everyone involved and hope the casting call is a tremendous success. Wishing all of the organizers, designers, models, and creatives an incredible event and an amazing experience.

As for me, I am focusing on some exciting projects of my own. I will be hosting my own casting call for my upcoming fashion show, and I can’t wait to share all the details with you.
