Hi there! I want to take some time to reintroduce myself. I’m Kelsey the owner of Neuskin Esthetics🦋
This year I have the honor of being named the best esthetician and day spa in Baton Rouge (The Advocate) here’s a little more about me✨
I graduated from Aveda Institute in 2021 and became fully licensed. My passion for the beauty industry grows the more I get into it and love teaching and helping others with their skin.
Outside of work, I love to travel. Greece and Portugal have been my top favorite trips so far! I love learning about different culture’s✈️
You can also catch me either taking a nap, annoying my cats, eating good food, or grabbing a coffee😋

The mental side of self care..lets talk about it
Self care is more than just booking a facial, hair cut, or nail appointment. Self care can be setting boundaries, taking breaks when you need them, speaking kindly to yourself, making time for yourself, and just prioritizing your well-being. Because YOU deserve attention, too.
While esthetics can be apart of self-care, self care starts with how you care for yourself everyday.

Things I wish more people knew as a licensed esthetician…
Tanning beds triple your risk of skin cancer. I’d rather you go out in the sun than a tanning bed
You need sunscreen everywhere that’s expose including your scalp, ears, and lips
Vaseline works just as well as that expensive lip mask
Glycolic acid body wash for bump skin
Reapply spf every 3 hours - you can use a spray or powder form
