Do you carry your stress in your jaw, neck, shoulders—or even your head?
It's why Katherine created the Daydream Ritual — a 60-Minute Head, Neck & Jaw Reset.
Instead of spreading the session across a traditional full-body massage, the Daydream Ritual focuses on the scalp, face, jaw, neck, shoulders, and arms—giving more time and attention to the areas where stress tends to settle most.
For October, you can experience the Daydream Ritual for $85 for 60 minutes. Regular price is $99 beginning November 1.

Your day is over. You’re exhausted. But your body still doesn’t seem ready to rest.
Over time, restless sleep can affect how you feel the next morning—and how well you handle the demands of the next day.
At In-Power, we look at the broader pattern, including your sleep, stress, tension, energy, and the other changes you may be experiencing. Acupuncture may be one part of a personalized approach to helping your body move toward a calmer, more balanced state.
September may be ending, but your reset can begin tonight.
🌙 Save this post as a reminder to pay attention to what your sleep may be telling you.

Recurring pain can be frustrating because the painful spot may be only part of the story. Physical demands, limited recovery, ongoing stress, emotional strain, and daily routines may all contribute to the pattern.
At In-Power, we begin by listening to your whole story:
• When did the pain begin?
• What makes it better or worse?
• What keeps triggering it?
• How is it affecting your life?
Those details help us look beyond the symptom and shape your care around what you’re experiencing.
You shouldn’t have to settle for a life increasingly limited by pain.
🌿 If your pain keeps coming back, let’s take a closer look at why.

Recurring tension may involve more than one contributor. Muscles sometimes tighten to protect an area experiencing strain or irritation.
Repetitive movement, overhead exercise, or a sudden increase in activity may also irritate a tendon and lead nearby muscles to guard the shoulder.
Your nervous system may influence muscle tone, too. When your body remains in a heightened fight-or-flight state, it can become harder for your shoulders to fully relax.
At In-Power Wellness Center, Carlos considers your health history, movement, tender areas, and overall pattern. From a Chinese-medicine perspective, he may also evaluate the movement of Qi, Blood, and fluids through channels that cross the neck and shoulders.

When most people think of acupuncture, pain relief is often the first thing that comes to mind. But that’s only part of the picture.
Around the world, people also turn to acupuncture for support with stress-related symptoms, fertility, sleep, and digestive concerns.
At In-Power, care begins with your health history and an examination. From there, we develop a tailored care plan based on your needs and what we find.

Your schedule may be back on track—but you may not quite feel like yourself.
As September begins, take a look at what has actually changed in your day: your mornings, meal times, workload, or time to unwind.
If you’ve also noticed tension, a busy mind at bedtime, or feeling worn out, those are experiences worth paying attention to. They aren’t proof that the season is the cause.
🌿 You don’t have to diagnose yourself to start noticing a pattern. These questions can help you put what you’re experiencing into words.

You don’t need a whole new routine to begin a reset. Start by noticing what’s been demanding your attention—and what you’ve been putting off.
🌿 If acupuncture is new to you, it’s natural to have questions about what it involves and whether it might be an option for you.
