A little rain (okay, a LOT of rain) couldn’t stop us! 🌧️
Going into one of our biggest markets of the year, we knew the remnants of a hurricane were headed our way. We had every reason to be nervous, but we decided to show up, set up, and make the most of it anyway.
And goodness, are we glad we did.
Saturday turned into a record-breaking sales day for Barnes Hill, filled with so many great memories and conversations with the community we love.
The Bardstown Arts & Crafts Festival will always hold a special place in our hearts because this is OUR community. The very place where Barnes Hill has grown, where so many of you have supported us from the beginning, and where we get to see familiar faces year after year.
We left feeling incredibly grateful, a little exhausted, and reminded that some of the most beautiful moments happen when things don’t go quite as planned.
Thank you, Bardstown, for showing up for us, rain or shine. We love being a small part of this community. 🤎

A little personal update & prayer request 🫶🏼
I’ll be having last-minute dental surgery tomorrow, which means I’ll be off socials for a the next few days while I rest and recover. This was a pretty sudden decision. I’m honestly feeling very nervous about it, so I would truly appreciate your prayers—for peace going into surgery, a smooth procedure, an easy recovery, and that I would be able to fully rest and heal as I’m right in the middle of my busy season.
We still plan on attending Madison Road Artisan Market this weekend, with the help of my husband. 🤎
Thank you for always being so kind, supportive, and understanding. It means more than you know.

Barnes Hill went to Michigan this past weekend!!
Farmgirl Flea was such a great time and we can’t wait to be back for their Christmas show in November! 🤍✨
This show was full of vintage vendors, boutiques, and so many cool small businesses. I, of course, got a few vintage pieces to take home with me!
Thank you for everyone who supported us in-person & online this weekend! Forever grateful 🫶🏼
