Things to know:

•When you book with me, everything is confidential.

•During sessions, I do not speak unless I’m spoken to. With no social obligations, your mind & body can focus completely on the massage itself.

•If you DO want to talk or vent, that is also perfectly fine & I will be more than willing to listen! Sometimes we just want to be heard by someone!

•Always speak up if you are experiencing any discomfort during your session, no matter how small. Your comfort is a top priority!

•To book your free session all you have to do is text 304-654-5553 between Oct. 1st - 10th (mark your calendars) and ask to schedule a free 30 minute massage. I will not ask for any proof or details about what you are going through.

•This session will be for neck & shoulder work only.
