Our growth group was called W3LL because while we all built completely different businesses, we were all deeply focused on experience, wellness, and how the work we do makes people feel.
I’m leaving the 10KSB Baltimore program with a lot more clarity about where I’m going and an even bigger vision for what Montague & Mane can become.
This was never just about growing a salon.
It’s about building something that creates opportunity, changes the way people experience beauty, and ultimately makes beauty a career worth staying in.

That’s why I opened Montague & Mane.
To bring that feeling into a modern salon experience. More education. More intention. More care.
As we celebrate Juneteenth, I’m honored that Montague & Mane will be part of one of Baltimore’s greatest celebrations of Black culture. at AFRAM’s 50th anniversary,
