I finally experienced Helia’s Ayurvedic Facial for the first time yesterday and was blown away at how i felt afterwards. Melanie gave me a test to figure out my doshas that needed balancing and then used various oils and techniques to balance them.
Not only were the products amazing, her massage and sculpting techniques were out of this world. Gua sha, cupping, marma points… i literally melted into the table.
