A first look at the inside of Full Strength Physical Therapy's newest location, currently underway in Northern Virginia! This 3,330 SF interior fit-out includes private treatment rooms, a 2,000 SF open gym and training space, and a spacious reception area. The design brings a sleek, modern feel that reflects Full Strength PT's approach to care.

To bring two separate tenant spaces together, our design team created two large openings in an existing structural masonry wall and removed the finish ceiling, transforming a small, cramped space into one that feels open and airy.

Introducing Simon Granados Duran!

Simon joins us as an Intern Architect after earning his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park. He brings a growing interest in how the built environment shapes daily life and how thoughtful design can support positive change.

In his spare time, Simon enjoys staying active, including running, weight lifting, exploring new hikes, and snowboarding in the winter. He’s passionate about motivating the people around him and believes in leading by example, both personally and professionally.

We’re excited to have Simon on board and look forward to seeing him grow with our team.

We're excited to share an early look at Copper Café, a new concept coming to 5742 Falls Road!

This project transforms an existing auto repair shop into a neighborhood café serving coffee and light fare by day and a wine bar by evening. Planned improvements include a new roof, storefront, tilt-up glass garage door, rooftop mechanical system, updated restrooms, and seating for approximately 40 guests.

The project also connects Copper Café to the adjacent ‘Curb Shoppe Bar & Grill’ via a shared outdoor space with covered seating, an outdoor bar, and space for live entertainment.

We're excited to work alongside KasCon, Morabito Consultants, and SRBR Engineers to bring this vision to life, with a Fall 2026 opening on the horizon!

The new Wellness Suite at Towson University’s Burdick Hall is officially complete.

This 1,915 sq ft addition provides Towson University students with a dedicated space for mindfulness, counseling, and restorative wellness. The space was designed with intentional acoustic separations to help buffer sound from the surrounding fitness center.

Congratulations to our client, Animal Rescue, Inc., on celebrating 50 years of providing a safe refuge for homeless cats and dogs!
