I begin each session with a softer and more gentle approach to warm up the tissues and settle the nervous system. During this time, I’m focusing my intention, making an assessment, and deciding the best course of action to take that will address your concerns and work towards your functional goals.

I want to make the most out of our time together.

Next, I work on releasing fascial restrictions. Starting more superficially, and working deeper as your body begins to open up. This can take some time.

Then, after the fascial restrictions have been addressed, we can get into releasing the muscle tissue.

It’s like peeling back the layers of an onion.

This process can take some time. More often than not, it takes multiple sessions to get you to a more functional and maintainable place when addressing chronic issues.

My goal as a practitioner is not to give you temporary relief, it’s to get you to a place where you can move through your day-to-day life with more ease and freedom.
