Three weeks. Halfway around the world. One purpose.
To become a better therapist for the people who trust me with their care.
Thailand has held a special place in my heart since my first visit two years ago. What began as a personal journey quickly grew into a deep appreciation for the country’s rich traditions surrounding massage, bodywork, holistic wellness, and healing. Returning here to further my lymphatic education felt like a natural next step—combining a place I genuinely love with a profession I am endlessly passionate about.
Over the past several weeks, I had the privilege of studying at Chiva-Som International Academy, one of the most respected wellness institutions in the world, diving deeper into advanced lymphatic techniques, anatomy, treatment strategies, and the art of supporting the body’s natural healing processes with MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage)
Learning from experts in a part of the world where holistic wellness and traditional healing practices have been honored for generations was an experience I will carry with me for the rest of my career.
